This frosting uses real vanilla bean, giving it intense vanilla flavor. I do not recommend use of vegan butter often so make sure you reserve this recipe for a truly special occasion!
- ⅓ cup Vegan Butter, I like Earth Balance
- 2-2½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Bean*
- Splash of Almond Milk, I add one Tablespoon then another if it didn't thin out enough
- Beat the butter and slowly mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla
- Add the almond milk until you reach desired consistency, if it thins too much add more sugar
